This policy covers orders placed on this website, operated by Merchwheels LLC (trading as Meowie).
Rates and tracking
United States: free shipping on orders of $45 or more, and a flat $5.81 on orders under $45. International: $9.95. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay, and you'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Handmade items
Handmade items are made to order. Processing takes 3 to 7 business days for plushies and 2 to 5 business days for tumblers, and can take longer in busy seasons; we'll let you know about any delay. Delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days in the US and 7 to 20 business days internationally.
Delays and issues
- Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't redirect shipped packages, and re-shipping fees may apply if a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address.
- If tracking isn't moving, email us and we'll help find your parcel.
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties.
